The Women in Graduate Business Association (WGBA) exists to empower female graduate students across all Kelley master’s programs by fostering a supportive, inclusive community. We promote professional development, leadership, and collaboration while championing diversity and creating a dynamic space where women can connect, grow, and thrive in their careers.
The Women in Graduate Business Association is a community of women pursuing graduate degrees through the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Our members come from diverse academic backgrounds, including accounting, finance, management, and more. As we continue to grow, we are committed to strengthening our network and building a lasting alumni community.
